How to fall asleep easily

It's hard for someone to fall asleep who only sleep far less than eight hours each day, which make them tired during the day. Here are some tips for them which may include you.
1. Away from mobile
The main reason for lack of sleep is playing mobile phone. So you may need to lock your mobile in the evening with some locker apps such as tomato to-do.
2. Do sports
Lots of modern people are lack of sports, and it's also a reason for lacking of sleep. If you are one of them lacking of sports, try some aerobics. Remember not to do sports before time for sleeping as you may be too excited and hard to fall asleep quickly.
3. Just close eyes
The main purpose for sleeping is to rest, not to sleep. It's a misconception many people have that one must sleep every day while other actions can't take place of it.
In fact, you can rest yourself just by closing your eyes. Remember, closing eyes is just enough for resting.
